Vores workshops bliver afholdt i Kulturhuset Indre By.
Vi stiller alle de ting til rådighed, som du skal bruge til workshoppen. Du skal dertil blot medbringe noget tøj at reparere eller bruge de tekstiler vi har fået doneret.
Vi sørger derudover for kaffe, te og lidt snacks. Deltagelse kræver ingen tilmelding.
Baggrunden for Circular Creative Community
Circular Creative Community er en workshop og fællesskab, hvor man kan upcycle og reparere sit tøj. Det er en indsats på at komme vores overforbrug af tøj til livs. I dag køber vi mere tøj, vi går mindre med det, og vi skiller os af med det hurtigere end nogensinde. Størstedelen ender enten i forbrændingen eller på lossepladsen, og mindre end 1 % af tekstiler og tøj bliver genanvendt til nye tekstiler og tøj. Vi bruger i gennemsnit kun vores tøj 7 gange før det bliver smidt ud. Derfor har vi brug for oplysning og handlekraft.

Fashion Revolution Denmark invites you to the Circular Creative Community. We hope you will join us in extending the life of your clothes. There will be ample opportunity to repair, redesign, and sew completely new clothes from used textiles. Whether you're completely new to this or an experienced hand, you are very welcome. We are here to help and collaborate with you. Our workshops are held at Kulturhuset Indre By. We provide everything you need for the workshop. Just bring some clothes to repair or use the textiles we have received as donations. In addition, we will provide coffee, tea, and some snacks. Participation does not require registration.
Background of the Circular Creative Community:
The Circular Creative Community is a workshop and community where you can upcycle and repair your clothes. It's an effort to address our overconsumption of clothes. Today, we buy more clothes, wear them less, and discard them faster than ever before. The majority ends up either in incineration or landfills, and less than 1% of textiles and clothing is recycled into new textiles and clothing. On average, we use our clothes only 7 times before discarding them. Therefore, we need awareness and action. We aim to strengthen the recycling culture with the Circular Creative Community.
