Kom og vær med til en gratis introduktion til swingdansene "Lindy Hop" og "Charleston" med Hepcats Copenhagen.

Lindy Hop er en social dans, der minder om salsa og tango, men danses til svingende bigband-musik fra 1930’erne og 40’erne. Det er dansen, som senere gav ophav til blandt andet Jive og Rock’n’Roll.

I løbet af den gratis introduktionstime lærer du nogle sjove og enkle trin – og får samtidig mulighed for at møde nye mennesker!

Lindy Hop er en pardans, men du behøver ikke en partner for at deltage, da vi skifter partner ofte i løbet af timen.

Lindy Hop is a social dance similar to Salsa and Tango, but danced to swingin' big band music from the 1930's / 40's. It's the origin of dances like Jive & Rock'n'Roll. 

During the 1 hour free class you will learn some fun and simple dance moves and you will also get to meet new people! 

Lindy Hop is a couple dance, but you do not need a partner to join, as we will be changing partners frequently during the introduction class.
